Returns & Refunds Policy
Cancellation: To cancel your order, please inform us of your decision with a clear statement within 12 hours of your purchase. We typically ship orders the same day or the next business day.
Conditions for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
The goods were purchased within the last 30 days.
The goods are in their original packaging.
Returning unopened or unused items.
For lost items in transit.
All returned items are subject to physical inspection. Once deemed eligible, refunds will be processed on the same day the items are received. The credit will be issued to your original payment method, subject to your bank's processing timeline.
The following items cannot be returned:
Used, damaged, or unsellable items.
Opened and used supplements, including coffee, tea, or oral pills and capsules, due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse returns for any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.
Return of Used/Damaged Items:
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning goods that are used, damaged, or in unsellable condition. Please send these items to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods that are damaged or lost during the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. We cannot issue a refund without receiving the returned goods or having proof of return delivery.
Refunds for used or damaged items will generally be processed on the same day the items are received, and will be subject to a deduction of 35%-50%.
